Minor corrections before the release of 0.9.8.0.

2003-08-19: Revision 1.0

The first version of this FAQ documents slrn 0.9.8.0. It merges the three files FAQ, SCORE_FAQ and slrnpull/FAQ written by John E. Davis. Matthias Friedrich and Thomas Schultz updated the existing entries and wrote some new ones.
